ICE RAPTOR CARBON BMX Frame
Frame kit sold with axle + IRC ''Ice Roller Coaster'' chain tensioners and Ø15mm thru-axle.
This frame is manufactured using advanced technological processes from the highest quality Toray T700 + T800 carbon fibers (T800 used for reinforcement). Very few brands use T800.
The frame is molded in 2 parts which are then glued together during manufacturing.
The glue used is a high-quality American glue called "9432"
Specific geometry:
The rear stays are of the "ARCH" type, designed to accommodate a Flatmount brake caliper, resulting in a very discreet and clean look. This system allows for the mounting of a 140mm diameter brake disc.
Frame dropouts designed for mounting a Ø 15mm thru axle (Ø 15mm axle supplied with the frame kit) or a 10mm axle (adapter cups supplied with).
Technology and standards used:
Our RAPTOR frame comes equipped with our revolutionary IRC system ( ICE Roller Coaster / integrated spring chain tensioner). This system eliminates any stiff spots in the chain and, most importantly, allows you to maintain precise rear wheel setback, meaning you no longer need to remove the rear wheel to change your chain. This saves valuable time when changing a sprocket between runs!
The whole thing is easy to assemble.
- Internal cable routing with carbon "pipeline" style guide for smooth routing and easy installation. Cable entry at the head tube and exit on the inside of the left seat stay for a direct connection to your brake caliper.
- Conical steering head socket with integrated standard (SHIS: IS42/28.6-IS52/40)
(Also accepts the mounting of a fork with a 1 1/8" steerer tube using a reducing fork crown)
- External bottom bracket, BSA type, 24 mm (Shinano Hollowtech II)

All our frames undergo a battery of laboratory tests, with requirements that are higher than the usual data needed to meet standards, to ensure you get a durable product. (Frontal/rear impact tests, fatigue/torsion tests, etc.)

Which frame material should I favour?
Aluminium dominates racing for its weight/stiffness ratio. Chromoly is more robust for beginners, while carbon targets performance and maximum lightness.
