A one-kilogram package can contain a handlebar or four chains: the packaging volume varies considerably. That's why shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions, and are always displayed before you confirm your order.
Shipping of your package
Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours of receiving your payment, for all items in stock. Upon request, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order.
We recommend combining your purchases into a single order: we cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk; however, special care is taken with packages containing fragile items.
Delivery errors, equipment returns or exchanges
The consumer must notify BMX RACING of any delivery errors and/or non-conformity of the products in terms of type or quality compared to the order form, on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first business day following delivery. Any claim made after this period will be rejected.
This complaint must be submitted via the Contact section of our website, clearly stating the order reference.
Any claim not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the specified time limits will not be taken into account and will release the company BMX RACING from any liability towards the consumer.
Upon receipt of the claim, BMX RACING will assign an exchange number to the product(s) concerned and will communicate it by email to the consumer, along with the return address.
An exchange can only be processed after an exchange number has been assigned. In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In the event of a delivery error, BMX RACING will cover the return shipping costs.
Any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the address indicated by BMX RACING , in its entirety and in its original packaging, via Colissimo Registered Mail.
Refunds
Order refunds are made excluding shipping costs when the reason for the refund is attributable to the customer (error, withdrawal period, etc.).
In the case of payment in installments through Alma, BMX RACING covers the associated fees. However, if the customer cancels the order for a reason not attributable to the seller, the fees charged by Alma to BMX RACING for that order will be deducted from the refund amount. The amount of these fees will be communicated to the customer before the refund is processed.
