IKON carbon rims are among the lightest carbon rims on the market, but strength hasn't been sacrificed. Made from a unidirectional T700 weave by Toray, the industry leader, which is stronger than other 3K weaves, they weigh a mere 280g per rim ! A comparable alloy rim of the same size/width weighs 350g, saving you up to 140g per pair!
Rims without a braking surface can be used as both front and rear rims when using a disc brake. They are also designed to accommodate tubeless tires, which require a specific tubeless tire and mounting kit.
IKON rims are offered in a matte finish with glossy UV stickers.
