Delivered here in its C-JET version, the Joyride J-kit Forward brake kit will allow you to easily insert your hose into the internal passage of your frame or to easily adjust the length of your hose.
Please note, this disc brake kit is supplied in the C-JET version. The brake hose is connected to the caliper but not to the lever. An insert is pre-installed on the hose and a ferrule is pre-mounted in the lever. You will need to connect the hose to the lever and have the appropriate tools to install this kit.

C-JET BRAKE INSTALLATION:
- - Position your brake lever on your handlebars.
- - Mount your brake caliper onto the disc brake bracket.
- - Remove the black rubber cap from the end of the hose.
- - Remove the end caps located at the end of the brake levers.
- - Slide the black rubber nut cover onto the hose.
- - Do not peel off the small cap located on the end of the hose.
- - Insert the brake hose into the lever nut.
- - While ensuring the hose is properly seated at the bottom of the lever nut, tighten the nut to compress the olive inside the lever. There's no need to overtighten; the nut's threads should remain visible, as they will be concealed by the nut cover you previously slid onto the hose.
- - Now you can activate the brake to finalize its installation.
