ICE Roller Coaster (IRC) Type I chain tensioner for 10mm frame

This innovation was designed in France to address recurring problems that riders have faced for many years (hard spot, chain tension and changing the sprocket without misaligning the rear wheel).
IRC type l: For traditional Ø15 or 10 mm frame dropouts, for mounting wheels with 15 or 10 mm axles when using the 10-15mm adapters supplied with the IRC.

The IRC System creates permanent tension on the chain thanks to the clevis which is fixed on a CNC stainless steel axle, articulated using two annular bearings and a stainless steel spring.
Tension is exerted on the chain via a derailleur pulley (also mounted on an annular bearing and a stainless steel axle), which allows for great fluidity and reduced resistance when pedaling.
The chainline is adjusted at the derailleur pulley. Being mounted on an axle, precise lateral adjustment is possible. Once the optimal setting is achieved, the axle position can be locked in place via a 4mm screw in the cage.

The advantages offered by the IRC:
1. No more hard spots (caused either by the crown, the sprocket or the crankset): indeed, the cage is mounted on a spring, allowing you to automatically correct any defects in the machining of your transmission parts.

2. Changing the sprocket without removing the rear wheel is very convenient during training or races: it will only take 2 minutes and save you valuable time. **WARNING!** Changing the sprocket without removing the rear wheel is only possible for young, less powerful riders (under 13). For older riders, high chain tension will be required, an adjustment that will prevent quick sprocket changes as it requires modifying the chain length beforehand.
