Shipping costs
Shipping is free (within mainland France) for orders of €99 or more. Below this amount, standard shipping rates apply.
For French overseas departments and territories and for countries of the European Union, standard fees are applied, regardless of the order amount.

Shipments
Packages are generally shipped within 24-72 hours of receiving your payment, for all items in stock. Shipping is via Colissimo, delivered without signature. Upon request, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order.
We recommend combining your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders; you will have to pay shipping costs for each one.
Your parcel is shipped at your own risk; special care is taken with parcels containing fragile products.
