The HF-3 cranks are Promax's premium aluminum crank offering. Forged from 6061-T6 aluminum, both crank arms are hollow, making them ultra-stiff and lightweight.
The crank arms rotate on a robust 30mm axle permanently installed in the drive-side arm. These cranks offer compatibility with direct-mount sprockets for additional weight savings, or use them with the included 104 BCD spider adapter.

What crank length should I choose for BMX Race?
Length depends on the rider's height: roughly 145-165 mm for youngsters (Mini/Expert) and 170-180 mm for adults (Pro). A three-piece chromoly or alloy crankset is the norm.
