Full carbon fork, with ultra-reinforced 1-1/8 steerer for 20 or 10mm axle hub ( ICE screw adapter included).
Our ICE SWAT fork is constructed from Torray T700 + T800 carbon fibers (30%) and Kevlar. The Kevlar is typically placed at the junction between the steerer tube and the fork leg. This involves compacting the material at this point, resulting in high impact resistance.
During the impregnation of the carbon fiber, graphene is added to the resin for better molecular bonding, for even greater strength!
High-temperature, high-pressure, one-piece molding for 90 minutes creates a total resin curing conversion rate, which is why our forks are among the stiffest and strongest on the market.
The SWAT is made from a special high-modulus and nano-carbon composite material produced by Torray. This nano-carbon allows our engineers to build our forks to be stiffer and lighter, with 27% greater strength than other carbon materials and incredible fatigue resistance!
Special ICE Protect expander (5mm thick carbon pivot) to further protect and reinforce the pivot, (included.) Matte grey finish and sand decal.
WARNING: This fork is not compatible with hubs that have small axles (road type).
