Full carbon fork, with ultra-reinforced tapered steerer for 20mm axle hub.
Our ICE SWAT fork is constructed from Torray T700 + T800 carbon fibers (30%) and Kevlar. The Kevlar is typically placed at the junction between the steerer tube and the fork leg. This involves compacting the material at this point, resulting in high impact resistance.
During the impregnation of the carbon fiber, graphene is added to the resin for better molecular bonding, for even greater strength!
High-temperature, high-pressure, one-piece molding for 90 minutes creates a total resin curing conversion rate, which is why our forks are among the stiffest and strongest on the market.
The SWAT is made from a special high-modulus and nano-carbon composite material produced by Torray. This nano-carbon allows our engineers to build our forks to be stiffer and lighter, with 27% greater strength than other carbon materials and incredible fatigue resistance!
Special ICE Protect expander (5mm thick carbon pivot) to further protect and reinforce the pivot (included).

Chromoly or carbon for a BMX Race fork?
The carbon fork lightens the front end and filters vibration, favoured in competition. Chromoly is tougher and more affordable, ideal for training and young riders.
How do I check fork compatibility?
Check the steerer diameter (1-1/8" standard), the wheel size (20" or 24") and the brake type (V-brake and/or disc mounts) before any replacement.
