The Meybo HSX AL frameset is a perfect package for those seeking performance without opting for a carbon frame. Featuring a increased rigidity and cutting-edge technology, The Meybo HSX AL is the fastest in the range of aluminum frames at Meybo. Lightweight, responsive, stable and rigid, It offers all the desired advantages in a single product.

It is made of 6061-T6 Aluminum with Hydroformed tubes with varying thicknesses to optimize its weight. Its geometry has been specially designed for championship and world cup tracks, offering a perfect balance between maneuverability and stability at very high speeds.

For this new model, in addition to a complete overhaul of all designs, Almost all the tubes have also been modified.. Emphasis was placed not only on appearance, but also on quality, weight and rigidity.

The frame is only compatible with a Flatmount brake caliper and a 120mm disc. The frame is therefore not compatible with 140mm rotors. It comes with 1, 2, and 4mm spacers to align your rotor if you are not using a specific HSX SD hub.

Depending on the size, the bottom bracket standard changes. For Junior, Expert, and Expert XL sizes, it is the standard BB86 (Ø41mm). For larger sizes, there is a Pressfit BB386 (Ø46mm). This allows for better rigidity and limits torsion during pedaling.

To increase frame stiffness and maintain a constant chainstay length across different gear ratios, the rear triangle is equipped with a 15mm CNC machined 7005 aluminum thru-axle.

To maintain constant chain tension, Meybo designed a chain tensioner which ensures optimal transmission regardless of the development chosen.

There SD Components Carbon V2 fork is also made of carbon fiber and has a 7075-T6 aluminum pivot, ensuring both lightness and robustness. Its rigidity makes it a key component for tackling tight turns and fast descents on competition tracks. Compliant with the strictest standards (CPSC and EN 14781), This frame/fork set is specially designed for BMX racing and represents excellence in technology and performance.
