Pride Matrix hubs embody the high end of the Pride Racing brand, designed to offer peak performance and maximum responsiveness on the track.
Developed with the primary objective of offering near-instant engagement without compromising weight, the Matrix pedals incorporate an innovative engagement system that guarantees virtually immediate power transfer, ideal for explosive starts or technical accelerations. At the heart of this system lies two rows of six pawls, for a total of 12 pawls, operating alternately. This mechanism allows for 216 points of engagement, with an ultra-slim angle of 1.67°, for near-instantaneous engagement with every pedal stroke.
To solve one of the most common problems in BMX, the interference between the caliper and the spokes, the rear hub has also been optimized for 120mm rotors with better clearance between the spokes and the caliper.
Matrix hubs have established themselves as a benchmark for riders seeking precision, responsiveness and reliability, without compromise.
NOTE : A lock ring and spacers are supplied with the hub
