Fly Racing Kinetic jersey: what it changes during a race

A multi-panel construction

The Kinetic jersey isn't cut from a single piece of fabric; it's assembled from multiple panels, allowing it to move with your shoulders and back without pulling or bunching. This is noticeable when pedaling, with your torso leaning forward and arms bent.

Ventilation where it gets hot

Mesh panels are placed on the sides of the torso and under the arms — the two areas where heat accumulates when performing multiple rounds. Air circulates instead of being trapped under the fabric.

A jersey that stays in place

• Comfort-stretch collar without label , with ease gusset: nothing rubs against the nape of the neck, even with the helmet chin strap tightened.
• Short, relaxed elasticated cuffs : they stay in place without squeezing the wrist and go well with long-fingered gloves .
• Extended back : the jersey stays tucked into the pants without having to be readjusted between two sleeves.

What size should I get?

The fit is standard: neither fitted like a road cycling jersey, nor loose like a motocross jersey. Take your usual size. If you wear a back protector or vest underneath, go up a size to avoid compressing your shoulders.

What the regulations say

UCI regulations mandate long sleeves in BMX racing (art. 6.1.082 ), as well as long pants and gloves covering all fingers. The Kinetic meets the first requirement; remember to check the rest of your outfit before an official event.
