SD-X Sniper SD Components Aluminum Sprocket - Sniper Type
This aluminum sprocket fits SD Components Sniper hub bodies. Designed for BMX racing, this aluminum cog is highly resistant to chain friction. Its contact surface is enlarged to prevent wear on the hub. Compatible with 1/2" - 3/32" chains, the standard for BMX racing. This cog features an asymmetrical shoulder for proper chainline adjustment on your drivetrain.

Which sprocket should I pair with my chainring?
The sprocket completes the gearing: a 16-tooth with a 44 chainring gives a benchmark ratio. Reduce the teeth for sharper acceleration, increase them for more top speed.
Threaded sprocket or cassette?
It depends on your rear hub: a threaded hub (freewheel) or a cassette hub (driver). Choose the sprocket that matches your rear wheel type.
