EXCESS XLC-3 Wheels

Completely redesigned and optimized, the high-end EXCESS XLC-3 wheels are specifically designed for BMX Racing and BMX Race , particularly in competition. They feature EXCESS XLC rims made of 3-ply Toray T700 carbon fiber and sealed EXCESS XLC hubs with a 3-pawl, 5-tooth engagement system on a 120-tooth internal roller, providing efficient engagement when accelerating or exiting the gate.

Designed to meet the demands of high-end BMX racing, the EXCESS XLC-3 BMX Race wheels combine lightness, stiffness, and performance for riders seeking top-of-the-line equipment for competition. Their 3-layer Toray T700 carbon fiber construction allows them to withstand the specific stresses of BMX racing, particularly during acceleration, restarts, and starting gate exits.

Ready for V-brakes, the rear hub also offers the option of converting it for disc brake use with its CenterLock system.
