Why the whole cockpit family ends up in the sale
This branch gathers every reduced front-end part: stems, headsets, forks, spacers, bars and grips. Makers refresh cockpit colours every season, and a dimension that sells more slowly — a short 40 mm stem, an integrated headset in an unusual size — eventually drops off the restock list. Add to that forks from the previous model year, mechanically identical to the current one but with different graphics.
The dimensions to cross-check before ordering
This is the family where a bargain turns into an unusable part fastest. Three checks: the bar clamp diameter in the stem (22.2 mm on BMX Race, 31.8 mm on oversize models), the 1"1/8 steerer diameter, and the steerer length still available on your fork if you change stem or spacers. For a reduced fork, add the axle diameter — 10, 15 or 20 mm — and the braking it is designed for.
Remaining stock and technical detail
On a discounted stem or headset there is often a single length or a single stack height left, and a reduced fork usually comes down to one steerer length. If the remaining dimension does not suit, the catalogue cockpit category carries the full range at standard price with the technical detail of every part.
